Scenario:
A nursing association conducts a survey to assess its members’ continuing education (CE) needs. The ‘Survey Details’ report helps analyze the data. By filtering by “Survey” (CE Survey) and reviewing “Survey Result” details, the association can identify which CE topics nurses are most interested in. Using “Respondent Name” and address filters, they can target outreach to specific nurses who haven’t participated in recent CE programs. This report helps the association tailor its CE offerings to better serve its members’ needs.
More Use Cases for Associations, Chambers of Commerce and Nonprofits
Association – Identify Continuing Education Needs
A nursing association, like the one described in the scenario, can use the ‘Survey Details’ report to assess its members’ continuing education (CE) needs. By filtering by “Survey” (CE Survey) and reviewing “Survey Result” details, the association can identify which CE topics nurses are most interested in. This information can be used to tailor the association’s CE offerings to better serve its members’ needs.
2. Chamber of Commerce – Gauge Business Needs
A chamber of commerce can use the ‘Survey Details’ report to gauge the needs of its member businesses. For example, the chamber could conduct a survey to ask businesses about their top challenges, their interest in specific programs or services, or their opinions on local government policies. By filtering by “Survey” (Member Needs Survey) and reviewing “Survey Result” details, the chamber can identify the most pressing issues for its members. This information can be used to advocate for the needs of businesses to local policymakers, develop targeted programs and services, or provide educational resources.
3. Nonprofit – Measure Program Effectiveness
A nonprofit organization can use the ‘Survey Details’ report to measure the effectiveness of its programs. For example, a nonprofit that provides after-school tutoring programs could survey students and parents after the program ends. By filtering by “Survey” (Tutoring Program Survey) and reviewing “Survey Result” details, the nonprofit can assess whether students’ grades improved, whether parents were satisfied with the program, and whether students felt they received the help they needed. This information can be used to improve the program for future participants.
