How to Use “Payment Receipts Settings” in Association Management
Here is the breakdown of all the available fields and settings available in this feature.
- Enable Line Item (Yes/No): This determines if detailed information about each donated item appears on the receipt. For a nursing association, with membership fees or Payments for specific programs, enabling line items provides transparency to Constituents (members, donors etc.).
- Packet Size: This sets the number of receipts grouped into a single PDF for processing or printing. It depends on your printing capacity and preferences.
- External Tool Settings (path to specific software): These fields are optional and only relevant if you use external tools for advanced functionalities like PDF information extraction (pdfinfo) or merging multiple PDFs (pdfunite). For a basic setup, these may not be necessary.
- Command Line for Encryption: This is an advanced setting for encrypting Payment receipts with a password, likely not required for most nursing associations.
