The “Committed But Not Paid” report in Reports module of Retention CRM helps Nonprofits, Associations and Chambers of Commerce, and other membership organizations with tracking outstanding Commitments.
General Functionality of “Committed But Not Paid” report
Available Fields:
- Constituent Name: Displays the name of the donor who made the Commitment.
- Commitment Made: Shows the date the Commitment was recorded.
- Amount: This field indicates the total committed amount.
- Financial Type: Specifies the type of donation (e.g., Cash, Check).
- Country: Displays the donor’s country (based on their contact information).
- Next Payment Due: This field indicates the date of the upcoming scheduled payment for the outstanding balance.
Using “Committed But Not Paid” report in Association Management
Nursing Association Context:
For a nursing association, these fields provide insights into outstanding member donations. For example, you can see which members committed but haven’t yet made any payments, the total committed amount outstanding, and the types of donations committed.
