- Payment Summary: This dashlet offers a visual representation (chart or table) of your Payments. You can choose the time frame (e.g., year-to-date, monthly) and how the data is presented (e.g., by contribution type, campaign).
Using the ‘Dashboard’ Feature in Association Management
Options Explained
- Name: Displays the donor’s name.
- Amount: Shows the donation amount.
- Type: Indicates if it’s a one-time or recurring donation.
- Contribution Source: Specifies how the donation was made (online, offline, event, etc.).
- Contribution Date: Shows the date the donation was received.
- Thank-you Sent: Indicates if a thank-you note was sent.
- Status Receipted: Shows if a receipt was issued for the donation.

- The association can use Recent Contributions to identify their most recent donors and ensure thank-you notes are sent promptly. They can also check if receipts have been issued for each donation.
