Membership Details
The “Membership Details” report in Reports module of Retention CRM provides Associations, Chambers of Commerce and Nonprofit organizations with a comprehensive list of all members, along with their current membership status and key details.
General Functionality of “Membership Details” Report
- Contact Name: Name of the member as listed in Retention CRM.
- Membership Start Date: Date the member’s current membership began.
- Membership Expiration Date: Date the member’s current membership expires (if applicable).
- Status: Current membership status (e.g., Current, Pending Renewal, Expired).
Additionally, the report can be configured to show payment (payment) information associated with each membership.
Using “Membership Details” Report in Association Management
- Contact Name: This field displays the member’s name as recorded in Retention CRM. (Both General & Nursing Association)
- Membership Start Date: This shows the date the member’s current membership began. (Both General & Nursing Association)
- Nursing Association Context: This can be helpful in identifying new members or tracking renewal cycles for nurses who need to maintain their licenses.

- Contact Name: Search for a specific member by name.
- Is Deleted: Include or exclude deleted contacts from the report.
- Member Since: Filter members based on the date they joined the association (From-To options allow for a date range).
- Membership Start Date: Filter members based on the start date of their current membership.
- Membership Expiration Date: Filter members based on their membership expiration date (useful for identifying upcoming renewals).
- Primary Membership: Include only members with a primary membership (relevant if you have different membership tiers).
- Membership Types: Select specific membership types to view details for that category (e.g., Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse).
