Repeat Payments
The “Repeat Payments” report in Reports module of Retention CRM provides Associations, Chambers of Commerce and Nonprofit organizations with a high-level overview of Payments made. It breaks down Payments by who made them (contact), when they were made (time period), what type of Payment it was (membership fees, event fees, donation, volunteer work, grant etc.), and where the Payer is located.
General Functionality of “Repeat Payments” report
Available Fields/Options:
- Contact Name: This displays the full name of the member who made Payments.
- Payment Date: This shows the specific date each Payment was received.
- Payment Amount: This indicates the dollar value of each individual Payment.
- Total Payment: This displays the combined amount of all Payments made by a single contact within the specified date ranges.
- First Payment Date: This shows the date of the earliest Payment made by a contact within the report parameters.
- Last Payment Date: This indicates the date of the most recent Payment made by a contact within the report parameters.
Using “Repeat Payments” report in Association Management
For a nursing association, the “Repeat Payments” report offers valuable insights into member engagement and donation patterns. Let’s break down the fields/options within this context:

- Date Ranges: Open ended (to capture overall Payment history)
- Order: Sort by “Total Payment” & “Last Payment Date” (combined analysis) – Shows most generous and recently engaged donors
- Section Header: Group by “Donation Designation” (e.g., general support, foster care program)
- Analysis: This report helps identify individuals who have consistently donated to the shelter, with a specific focus on those who have designated their Payments to the foster care program. Sorting by both total Payment and last Payment date allows the shelter to prioritize outreach to high-value donors who are also currently engaged.
